Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to make a sign?

Print-ready designs can be completed in just a few days. Custom signs usually take 5–10 days, while larger or more complex projects, including those requiring permits or fabrication, may take longer.

Yes! Our professional team installs most signs to ensure they’re secure, functional, and look perfect. For smaller signs, pick-up is also available if you prefer.

Most existing signage spaces don’t require a permit. Large new signs or ground installations may need a city sign or building permit. We help ensure your signage complies with local regulations.

Size depends on viewing distance and available space. We provide guidance to make sure your signage is legible, effective, and fits perfectly in your location.

Professionally laminated or fabricated signs can last 7–12 years or more, depending on material and placement. Standard prints typically last 2–3 years before noticeable fading. Temporary signs can last up to a year, making them ideal for short-term promotions or events.

Traditional signs are static and ideal for one-time messages. Digital signage can display images, videos, and live content that can be updated instantly online. Many businesses use a combination of both for maximum impact.

Keep your sign free of debris and clean with mild soap and water—avoid harsh chemicals. For lit signs, have a professional check that everything is working correctly. We provide care guides for each product.

  • With over 18 years of experience, we make the process easy and seamless. Every project is handled with care, and we treat each client individually to ensure signage looks professional and achieves results.
  • Yes. We work with developers, retailers, and event organizers to provide consistent signage across multiple sites, trade shows, or special events such as corporate functions and galas.
  • For the best print quality, we prefer editable vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. This ensures logos, text, and line artwork stay sharp at any size. Raster images should be high-resolution (300 DPI) and in CMYK, while all type should be outlined to avoid font issues.
  • If your file includes a dieline, it must be on a separate spot colour layer clearly labeled. Make sure to include bleeds according to your project’s specifications. Avoid hidden layers, linked images, embedded fonts, or other elements that could affect the final print.
  • If your logo isn’t already a vector, we offer a logo recreation service for an additional fee, providing a crisp digital version suitable for large-format printing.
  • Following these guidelines ensures your signage prints clean, professional, and visually sharp, especially for large-format applications.
